Motor City Makeover cleanup effort continues May 13 in Districts 4 & 5
Hundreds of Detroit residents and community organizations will clean lots, alleys and parks and plant flowers on May 13 in Districts 4 & 5, the second weekend of Motor City Makeover.

The City of Detroit has begun its 2023 road construction season with plans to complete $95 million worth of road and sidewalk improvements. This year, the Department of Public Works (DPW) will repave 81 miles of major and residential roads.
