DDOT Call Center Extends Weekday Hours
DDOT is excited to announce the extension of our customer service call center hours, effective July 2023. The call center will continue to open weekdays at 6 a.m., however our evening hours have been extended until 10 p.m.

Most City of Detroit offices will be closed on Monday, May 29 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Normal Police, Fire and Water and Sewerage services will be provided.
