DDOT Call Center Extends Weekday Hours

2023

DDOT is excited to announce the extension of our customer service call center hours, effective July 2023. The call center will continue to open weekdays at 6 a.m., however our evening hours have been extended until 10 p.m. This decision reflects our unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service and ensuring that our valued customers receive the utmost convenience and support throughout their journeys.

“At DDOT, we place our customers at the heart of everything we do. By extending our customer service hours, we are reinforcing our commitment to offer unparalleled support and assistance when our riders need it. Our team is dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure a seamless travel experience for everyone we serve. We value our customers’ trust and are thrilled to provide extended service to accommodate their needs better,” said Mikel Oglesby, Executive Director of Transit.

DDOT improvements this year include adding morning and evening runs to several bus routes to better accommodate riders’ schedules, partnering with mobile payment app Token Transit to make paying for rides easier, and rotating new biodiesel coaches into the fleet. The extended customer service hours complement our top-notch transportation services, allowing us to provide a more comprehensive and customer-centric experience for all.
