RFP | 185738 SIMANEK PARK IMPROVEMENT

The City of Detroit's Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), in partnership with the General Services Department, is on the lookout for dynamic and qualified partners to help bring our parks to life!

We’re seeking innovative proposals to supply and install community-enhancing features like bike racks, benches, fitness equipment, picnic tables, grills, boulders, and trash bins—all the elements that make a park inviting and full of energy.

But that’s just the beginning! This project also includes transformative site restoration work such as playground installations, walking paths, sports courts, picnic shelters, utilities, and more. Over the next two years, you’ll play a key role in creating beautiful, functional, and welcoming public spaces across the city.
