The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the General Services Department (GSD) Blight and Remediation Division – City Walls is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide program administration services for the City Walls Murals Program for a three (3) year period.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Proposals will only be accepted from those firms demonstrating a minimum of two (2) years of experience providing the services requested in the RFP for projects of similar scope and size and provide proof of experience with a minimum of three references for scope of work as listed in this RFP.
