Phase 1 (Warren to Joy) Construction Contract Approved

The General Services Department is excited to announce that the Phase 1 construction contract for the Joe Louis Greenway one-mile section between Warren Avenue and Joy Road was approved by City Council the week of August 24^th. Major Cement Company was awarded the contract.
