Informational Session and Public Hearing on the proposed air permit for FCA US LLC (Stellantis) Jefferson North Assembly Plant Consent Order
Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) will be holding the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy is holding an informational session and public hearing about an air quality enforcement action against FCA US, LLC otherwise known as Stellantis, at the Jefferson North Assembly Plant (JNAP) in Detroit, Michigan. Attendees will hear more about the proposed consent order, the monetary penalty, and compliance schedule. The informational session will have ample time for questions and will be followed by a hearing to take official comments on the record. Comments may be submitted anytime during the comment period.
