Active Request for Proposals - Joe Louis Greenway Phase 1 Construction

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP to provide continuing “Phase One” construction in select subareas of the Joe Louis Greenway. Construction activities associated include clearing, earthwork, paving, green stormwater infrastructure, select right of way improvements, select public utility infrastructure improvements, select electrical infrastructure, and landscaping.
