Housing is generally considered affordable if your housing costs do not exceed 30% of your household’s monthly income. For renters, these costs include rent and basic utilities (electric, gas and water).
Rouge Park Page
Rouge Park is the largest park (more than 1,000 acres) in the City of Detroit, it’s even larger than Belle Isle and Central Park in NYC. The park hosts a golf course, playgrounds, splash pad, sports fields and courts, archery range, horse barn as well as the City's only public outdoor pool. The park has many miles of nature trails and is known for its natural beauty and diverse ecosystems.
