New Bid Opportunity

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the General Services department requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services as set forth in this RFP to provide construction services throughout all firehouse locations. Task for the project may include MEP upgrades, structural repair, roofing, site improvement, window replacement, engineering services, and other specialized large-scale repair/construction services deemed necessary by GSD.

As part of the continuing effort to bring the City of Detroit Firehouses to State of Good Repairs (SOGR), the goal is to continue providing improvements throughout. The work will consist of but limited to site work, structural improvements, HVAC upgrades, electrical upgrades, window installation, new finishes, etc.
