DDOT selected these routes to learn how to grow future services. The ConnectTen bus routes are 24/7, in which Detroiters may find it most challenging to get to and from a bus stop. A friend, relative, or other personal contact can order a ride for you from their phone or use Lyft Concierge to schedule a ride in advance.
Prepaid gift cards from Visa, American Express, Discover, or MasterCard with a minimum balance of $25 are accepted. The Detroit Cab Co accepts cash.
Please notify Lyft and the Detroit Cab Co. operator that you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
A driver should arrive to you within 5 to 15 minutes.
Most vehicles allow you to bring up to four (4) passengers.
