Historic District Commission General Scope of Work Guidelines

Guidelines have been put together by staff, based on past experience on what the commission generally approves. Following these guidelines does not necessarily mean that the Historic District Commission will issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for your project. However, these guidelines will help serve as a framework to better inform decision-making in the design process before submitting your application. Also, these guidelines do not cover the immense amount of scope of works that exist.
