With innovative safety measures and the Spirit of Detroit to persevere - District 3 Councilman Scott Benson hosted his 8th Annual Coat Drive, just in time for old man winter's arrival.

The drive was a success and it was amazing to see the warm smiles from all of the children who received a coat.
