313 HOPE

Project tagline: Sunt in culpa qui officia deserunt mollit anim id est laborum.

Detroit Heroin and Opioid Prevention & Education (313 HOPE) is a platform to increase visibility of people, community-based organizations, and recovery support providers who are responding to the opioid crisis in Detroit (and Wayne County, Michigan). Through promotion of public education and digital storytelling; opioid use disorder treatment; and crisis response training, 313 HOPE seeks to build community around the issue of addiction and lifetime recovery which challenges stigma and supports restorative forms of healing from trauma, including harm reduction, spiritual wellness and residential treatment programs. 313 HOPE welcomes information on innovative programs, events, and interventions addressing opioid misuse prevention, education and collective response to behavioral health disparities.
