The City of Detroit is making available housing development funds through its NOFA to support the rehabilitation and/or development of affordable housing units in the City of Detroit.
This Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan is prepared by the City of Detroit’s Housing and Revitalization Department in accordance with HUD regulations and grant programs.
Preserving the existing stock of affordable housing will help retain affordable housing options for residents and provide the opportunity for Detroiters of all incomes to remain in Detroit.
