Strategic Plan Meeting Minutes
For the strategic system improvement planning process, two committees are being convened consisting of stakeholders across the homelessness response system to help guide this work. These committees include homelessness service provider staff, HRD and Homeless Action Network of Detroit staff, Detroit Continuum of Care leaders, and residents with lived experience of homelessness.
The Detroit Project Team (DPT) helps facilitate the project and the Strategic Plan Oversight Commission (SPOC) makes decisions related to the strategic direction of the project. Materials from these meetings are below:
