All three Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) Customer Care Centers remain closed to protect the safety of our employees and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

For all payment transactions, customers may use the DivDat Kiosk network, DWSD portal or call 313-267-8000. All other transactions can now be done by phone at 313-267-8000 (hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., except for observed holidays). If you have no water service in your Detroit home or know of a Detroiter occupying a house without water service, please call 313-386-9727 for the COVID-19 Water Restart Plan.
