Do you need assistance with your utility bills and/or property tax payments?
Beginning Monday, March 23, all three DWSD Customer Care Centers will be temporarily closed to protect the safety of our employees and customers and adhere to Governor Gretchen Whitmer's orders and public health advisories. The centers are typically used by customers to establish service and for landlord-tenant agreements. Temporarily, these transactions can now be done by phone at 313-267-8000. For all other transactions, customers may use the DivDat Kiosk network, DWSD portal or call 313-267-8000. If you have no water service in your Detroit home or know of a Detroiter without water service, please call 313-386-9727 for the Coronavirus Water Restart Plan.
