Affordable Housing
Our 7-point, 203-Million Dollar plan to address affordable housing in Detroit is to ensure every Detroit has a place to call home.
Through unprecedented collaboration our programs will establish a housing services division, rehab vacant apartment buildings for units to be rented at affordable rates (with the option to buy), and help 600 Detroiters become homeowners through a down-payment assistance program, and help residents secure good-paying jobs. And that’s just scratching the surface.
