2025-2026 Homelessness Solutions NOFA

The City of Detroit is excited to announce the 2025'2026 Homelessness Solutions NOFA #185372 will open on January 21, 2025. All proposals must be prepared and submitted online using the City's Oracle system. Applications must be submitted via Oracle by 1:00pm on February 24, 2025. To obtain information regarding the Supplier Portal in Oracle, go to https://detroitmi.gov/supplier. 

NOFA Webinars:

The Housing and Revitalization Department (HRD) will conduct two informational webinars to present details and answer questions regarding the Homelessness Solutions NOFA. The webinars dates, times, and registration information are as follows:

NOFA Pre-Bid Webinar: Information on the Homelessness Solutions NOFA application, programs, regulations, and Oracle Overview. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Webinar is mandatory for all applicants.
