The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the General Services Department (GSD) requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical or professional services to provide construction operations and methodology for meeting the design criteria for the Arts Alley Initiative Phase 1 to transform five residential and commercial alleys across Detroit.
