Apply for an Outdoor Dining Permit

Outdoor dining café is any group of tables, chairs, benches, and suitable decorative devices or other fixtures maintained within the public right-of-way, and, its intended use is for the purpose of consumption of food or beverage by patrons of a licensed food or beverage service establishment. The City's Outdoor Dining program lasts until December 31, 2024.
