2023 CDBG-DR Allocation

 The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has awarded the City of Detroit over $346 million in Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) to support long-term recovery and mitigation efforts following severe storms and flooding in 2023. This allocation is designed to address needs that remain after all other assistance has been exhausted. The Action Plan details how funds will be allocated to address remaining unmet needs in the City of Detroit.
