ICHAT Needed | Under Review | PCS retrieves your criminal record (ICHAT) for attorney review. |
ICHAT Updates | Under Review | PCS law enforcement liaison/ICHAT specialist updates errors and/or outdated information on your ICHAT. |
Appt - ICHAT | Under Review | You need or have an appointment with PCS to updated errors on your ICHAT. |
DPD Updating ICHAT | Under Review | DPD is updating outdated/incorrect information on your ICHAT. |
Eligibility Review | Under Review | PCS reviews your criminal record (ICHAT) and conducts a preliminary eligibility assessment. |
Opening Files | Under Review | PCS opens a file(s) for your conviction(s). |
Attorney Review | Under Review | PCS attorneys perform a comprehensive eligibility review of your conviction(s). |
