The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Facilities/Property Management Services.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) offers an opportunity to partner with the City in delivering high-quality services that support the efficient operation and maintenance of its facilities. The selected provider will be expected to deliver technical and professional expertise in managing a range of property-related functions.

The initial contract term will be for a two-year period.

We welcome experienced and capable respondents to review the RFP and submit a proposal that demonstrates their ability to support the City’s goals through effective facilities management.
