Policies of City of Detroit can be accessed on PowerDMS application. Employees are required to review policies on Power DMS and certify that they have read and understand the policies.    PowerDMS

Reach out to your Employee Services Consultant (or) call HR office at 313-224-8584, choose option 7, and request an outside employment disclosure form. Fill out the form and have it approved by your supervisor/manager/department leadership, once approved send a copy to HR. You can see the outside employment policy using the following link. This is only required if you are working an outside job along with your job at the City of Detroit (regardless of during work hours or not)
