The proposal seeks to allow approximately 50 uses in residential districts on a conditional basis. This means, that to establish one of these 50 uses, a Special Land Use public hearing must be held at BSEED, and the public in proximity to the subject building would be invited by mail, to share their feedback on the proposed project.
