Midwest-Tireman October 2022 Newsletter

The City of Detroit launched the Midwest-Tireman Framework with the consultant team led by Interboro Partners (urban planning & design) - with Rossetti (urban design), DCDC (landscape architecture & community engagement), Spalding DeDecker (mobility & infrastructure), and BJH (economic development & market analysis). The consultant team was briefed by the Planning & Development Department and other city departments and agencies on key community expressed issues. PDD and the consultant team followed with a neighborhood tour and meeting with a small group of residents to hear firsthand challenges and opportunities in the neighborhood. We look forward to a larger community-wide meeting to hear from more of you on your ideas and concerns that should be considered by the framework.
