HOUSING AND REVITALIZATION DEPARTMENT PUBLIC FACILITY REHABILITATION PROGRAM (NOFA)
Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), City of Detroit, Housing and Revitalization Department (HRD) is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Public Facility Rehabilitation projects to be funded with 2024 - 2025 Public Facility Rehabilitation Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. HRD invites all nonprofit organizations that operate public facilities within the City of Detroit to submit applications for the renovation of these facilities and/or the removal of architectural barriers to provide ADA accessibility and the elimination of hazardous conditions.
