GRIOT Speaks
In honor of Black History Month the exhibition "Griot" looks into the history of story telling across the African Diaspora.
Curated by Asia Hamilton and Donna Jackson the narrative of the GRIOT is based on experiences, ideologies and perspectives of visual artists exploring contemporary Black life and aesthetic either figuratively, technically, or contextually using various mediums. All art tells a story. Join us as we dive deep into a world of show and tell.
