East Warren Corridor revival continues with redevelopment and expansion of long-vacant Arthur Murray Building.

The development will include 32 new apartments, including affordable units for Detroit residents, along with 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space to be occupied by Activate Detroit, a community development and entrepreneurship support organization.
