The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide animal care staffing services for the Detroit Animal Shelter. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Proposals will only be accepted from those firms demonstrating a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing the services requested in the RFP for projects of similar scope and size.
