The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide unitized meals to be served to children participating in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) and the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) authorized by Section 13 of the National School Lunch Act, and operated under Part 225 of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations.
