Stellantis Home Repair Program

The Stellantis Home Repair Program Phase 3 will provide home repairs for owner-occupied homes in the Stellantis Community Benefits Agreement Impact Area (map below) which includes neighborhoods around the Detroit Assembly Complex – Mack (DAC-M) plant.

This program is funded through a Community Benefits Agreement Neighborhood Impact Fund and unspent project funds and will be administered by Bridging Neighborhoods - Housing and Revitalization Department, City of Detroit. 

Application period will open in the second half of January. The first informational meeting is scheduled for January 21, 2025. More detailed information will be updated on this site closer to this date.
