PW-7607 Residential Sidewalk Replacement Pre-Bid Conference

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) is requesting quotes from qualified firms to provide the repair of damaged sidewalks and driveways at various locations in the City of Detroit.

This will consist of replacing approximately 2,100,000 square feet of damaged or missing 4" and 6" sidewalk, approximately 30,250 square feet of ADA sidewalk ramps, grinding approximately 14,100 linear feet of slightly lifted sidewalk, and replacing approximately 925 square yards of tree-root damaged driveway approaches on residential streets.
