Historic Designation Advisory Board Meeting - June 12, 2025

The next Historic Designation Advisory Board Meeting and C.P.A. Building public hearing will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 4:00pm at the Detroit Police Athletic League (PAL) in Corktown at 1680 Michigan Avenue.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE
DETROIT HISTORIC DESIGNATION ADVISORY BOARD
The Historic Designation Advisory Board of the City of Detroit will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed Conductors Protective Assurance Building (C.P.A. Building) Historic District, located at 2216 - 2200 Michigan Avenue/2411 Fourteenth Street, Detroit, MI 48216
 

The hearing will be held on Thursday, June 12th, 2025, at 4:15 p.m. at the Detroit Police Athletic League (PAL), 1680 Michigan Avenue, Detroit, MI 48216 (Banquet Room, 2nd Floor).
 

All interested persons are invited to be present and to provide comment. Persons providing public comment are encouraged to submit written copies to the Historic Designation Advisory Board at [email protected] via email, for the record.
