All Detroit Health Department and most services will be closed from December 24, 2025, through January 2, 2026. Regular hours will resume on January 5, 2026. 

The services below will be available on a limited schedule during this time. 

• The Immunizations Clinic at 100 Mack Avenue will be open from 8 am to 4 pm on December 29th.
   
• The iDecide Detroit Clinic at 100 Mack will be open on December 29th from 9 am to 1 pm. 
   
• Maternal and Child Health services will be available from 8 am to 4 pm on December 26th, December 29th, December 30th and January 2nd.
   
• The 961-BABY line will be available from 8 am to 12 pm on December 26th, December 29th and December 30th and January 2nd.
   
• WIC services will be available at the Woodward location on December 26th, December 29th, and December 30th from 8 am to 4 pm and the Samaritan Center on January 2nd from 8 am to 4 pm.
   
• The Rides to Care Call Center will be closed on December 24th, December 25th, December 30th, and January 1st. Regular hours of operation will be available the remainder of the month.
