Detroit Demolition Program (RFQQ) Pre-Submittal Meeting

The City respectfully requests qualifications from interested and responsible vendors for the following programs:

               •Emergency Residential Demolition Program

               •Planned Residential Abatement & Demolition Program

               •Emergency Commercial Demolition Program

               •Planned Commercial Abatement & Demolition Program

The intent of this RFQQ is to openly and responsibly establish a list of pre-qualified vendors to bid on abatement and/or demolition services.

The intent of this RFQQ is to openly and responsibly establish a listof pre-qualified vendors to bid on abatement and/or demolition services.Pre-qualification will allow interested vendors to avoid the redundant submittal of identical documents with each bid and will enable the City to expedite the procurement of abatement and/or demolition services through the elimination of redundant reviews.
