Data Jam Series: Building Benchmarking
The City of Detroit, the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) and the Detroit 2030 District are hosting a series of Data Jams to assist building owners in compliance with the Building Benchmarking Ordinance. Buildings that are over 100k square feet or larger are REQUIRED to report by October 1st, 2024.
These in-person workshop will take you through the process of benchmarking your buildings, with a focus on data entry and troubleshooting. If you come prepared, you will leave this meeting with having met the benchmarking requirements in compliance with the October 1st deadline!
A preparatory webinar will take place before this in-person workshop. The webinar link, along with data collection worksheets, will be sent to your email.
Please bring your laptop! You will need a computer for data entry.
