Property Assessment Board of Review

The Property Assessment Board of Review is a nine (9)-member body appointed by City Council to consider matters concerning real and personal property and classification changes.

Pursuant to the Michigan Open Meetings Act as amended, which authorizes the continued use of hybrid electronic meetings to provide virtual public participation in accordance with the requirements of MCL 15.263a(2), and in consideration of the ongoing and continuing pandemic, the Property Assessment Board of Review will be meeting in person at the Board of Review Conference Room, Suite 105, Coleman A. Young Municipal Center on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. for the Property Assessment Board of Review has been CANCELED.
