Overview
The Greater Warren/Conner Plan is a comprehensive study of the east side neighborhoods that are bound by I-94 to the north, McClellen street to the west, Alter Road to the east and Mack Avenue / E. Vernor Hwy. to the south.
The framework study for Greater Conner/Warren examines the current conditions of the neighborhoods and makes recommendations to implement strategies to support, stabilize, and develop the planning area. Further, the process is driven by community engagement with residents, stakeholders and other groups and organizations as part of the process in determining how the neighborhoods will grow in the future.

The Greater Warren / Conner framework follows the City of Detroit’s Planning Department’s mission to promote a heathy and beautiful Detroit, built on inclusionary growth, economic opportunity, and an atmosphere of trust, for all Detroit residents.
