Wurlitzer Building

Year Built: 1926

Previous Use: Adaptive reuse/rehab for an hotel

The building housed a showroom and offices for the Wurlitzer Company. Wurlitzer left the building sometime in the 1970s. The building closed in 1982 and remained vacant until it was rehabilitated in 2017 for its current use as the Siren Hotel.
