The Detroit Fire Department is seeking Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology that can offer a wide range of services ranging from search and rescue to providing overhead and tactical views of a fire scene. The UAV technology will assist Firefighters to collect vital information about ongoing fires with the primary goal of providing situational awareness in the event of a fire.
