The Public Private Partnerships (P3) Team's mission is to connect Developers (Emerging & Seasoned), Non-Profits & Community Organizations to public financing instruments, entitlements & approvals, and publicly-owned property to implement transformational, quality multi-family & mixed-use housing in Detroit.
