The 15th Street Streetscape project completed construction by the end of Summer 2023. The 15th Street Streetscape Project runs from Bagley to Lacombe Dr. The project will include new sidewalk, lighting, landscaping, traffic calming measures, street resurfacing and pavement markings and signage.

What changes happened?

The project stems from the neighborhood plane which the community identified 15th Street between Davison and Carpenter as the neighborhood's strongest retail corridor in which they were concerned about the conditions of sidewalks, the lack of designated crossings at major streets, and cars speeding. The project will include new sidewalk, lighting, landscaping, traffic calming measures, street resurfacing and pavement markings and signage. The improvements will better support all forms of transportation including walking, biking, riding transit and taking a car.
