Contact your Employee Services Consultant or calling 313-224-8584, choose option 7 and request Resignation form.
Complete the Resignation form and return to your Employee Services Consultant.
Inform your supervisor at least 2 weeks prior to your resignation and co-operate with your supervisor / department in the exit process by returning City issued equipment or making arrangements to return to your supervisor.
Provided such application is submitted within one year after leaving City service and provided the applicant meets the other eligibility requirements as set forth in the Civil Service Rules.

Complete it and submit. It will be provided to Recruitment and if there is an opening and you still meet all the requirements of the job, you may be considered and contacted by Recruitment as applicable.

Please inform your supervisor as soon as possible. You or your supervisor will complete a First-Aid report and will have you complete an "Employee Accident or Disability Report".
