Stellantis Home Repair Program
Stellantis Home Repair Program Phase 3 will provide home repairs for owner-occupied homes in the Stellantis Community Benefits Agreement Impact Area which includes neighborhoods around the Detroit Assembly Complex – Mack (DAC-M) plant. Application period will open in the second half of January. The first informational meeting is scheduled for January 21, 2025. More detailed information will be updated on this site closer to this date.
I-75 Environmental Mitigation Program
The Bridging Neighborhoods I-75 Environmental Mitigation Program offered home mitigations to address noise and air quality impacts from increased truck traffic related to the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project. Eligible homes received some or all of the following mitigations updated windows, updated HVAC systems, air filters, and insulation.
Home Swap Program
The Home Swap program offers homeowners who are directly affected by the Gordie Howe International Bridge the opportunity to move to renovated homes in neighborhoods throughout the City.
