The 2024 Secondary Street Sign application cycle is closed. Applications were accepted through Monday, July 1, 2024. The 2025 application cycle will open on January 1, 2025. Applicants must use the 2025 application and signature petition form. These documents are available on this webpage near the bottom or physical copies are available with the City Clerk's Office. 

 

Applicants must submit a preliminary application to HDAB staff prior to officially submitting their application to the City Clerk. This is to ensure the proposed honoree meets eligibility requirements and the application materials are complete. Once HDAB staff deems the application is eligible and complete, they will provide the applicant with a signed cover letter for their application. This cover letter will be required by the Clerk's Office to submit the application and by the Legislative Policy Division to submit the application fee. Application fees are nonrefundable and will not be returned for any reason. Direct your inquiries to [email protected] or 313.224.3487.
