Stellantis Home Repair Program
The Stellantis Home Repair Program Phase 3 will provide home repairs for owner-occupied homes in the Stellantis Community Benefits Agreement Impact Area (map below) which includes neighborhoods around the Detroit Assembly Complex – Mack (DAC-M) plant.
This program is funded through a Community Benefits Agreement Neighborhood Impact Fund and unspent project funds and will be administered by Bridging Neighborhoods - Housing and Revitalization Department, City of Detroit.
The Application will be open from January 22 to March 10. Apply any time. The program is not first come, first served.

Need in-person help in filling out an application?
Come to Community Office Hours held on
Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm from January 29th through February 26th
at the Ford Wellness Center at 5555 Conner (across from the Samaritan Center).
Bring your ID, recent utility (DTE) and registered deed or land contract. If you do not have a copy of your registered deed or land contract that is acceptable at this time.
