Stellantis Home Repair Program

The Stellantis Home Repair Program Phase 3 will provide home repairs for owner-occupied homes in the Stellantis Community Benefits Agreement Impact Area (map below) which includes neighborhoods around the Detroit Assembly Complex – Mack (DAC-M) plant.

This program is funded through a Community Benefits Agreement Neighborhood Impact Fund and unspent project funds and will be administered by Bridging Neighborhoods - Housing and Revitalization Department, City of Detroit. 

Application period will be open from January 22 to March 10. A link to the application will be posted on this page on January 22nd.

The first informational meeting is Tuesday January 21, 2025 at 5:00pm
