Moments before a clothing boutique was set on fire in the 16100 block of Moross Road shortly after 12:30 a.m. Monday, March 17th, the man in the attached photo was seen on camera at the business next door with a gasoline container. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a grey shirt, black pants, a black hoodie, blue mask, and glasses. There was unfortunately significant damage to the business.
